We are delighted to share great news that the DSOBA Legal Chapter has just been formed for DSOBA members that are active in, or retired from, the legal industry around the world to network, share news and ideas, cross-refer, offer internships and deepen our common bond through social activities, talks and invitation-only special events. Members of the judiciary, bench and both branches of our profession, including in-house counsels, law costs draftsmen, trainees/pupils, law school students and paralegals are all welcomed.
Once a DBS Boy, you are forever a DBS Boy. Are you ready and willing to serve as part of the DSOBA Legal Chapter? Please mark your calendar for our inaugural gathering to be held over dinner on Friday, 23 November 2012 from 7:30 p.m. at the Glass Pavilion in DBS for HK$300 per person where DBS school committee member Rin Lee will deliver a welcome speech. Our very own DSOBA President Jason Chiu (Class of ‘88), our Legal Chapter Convenor Alan Lam (Class of ’70) and a few special VIPs will be there to share this very special occasion with us.

(c) provide your particulars that pertains to the legal industry (if applicable, e.g. name as recorded with the Law Society or Bar Association, branch of profession, name of firm/chambers where you previously served and now serve, area of specialization, law school, jurisdiction and year of admission, role in public services or professional bodies/associations);
(d) indicate if you are in a position to offer internship or traineeships/pupilages from time to time; and
