As we are going to re-unite at the coming Garden Fete on 12 November 2023, the Business and Promotion Department would like to launch a new service for you to order your favourite STEPS magazines through the following steps:

1. Fill in the google form below. We will reply by email about the availability of your STEPS copies and reserve them for you.

2. Our STEPS magazines booth will be located at the school lawn (outside the library) for sales and collection. Simply tell us the order name and pay the price with Garden Fete coupons (Cash payment is not accepted). Our business hours will be open from 10:00 to 16:00.

We like to inform all Members that due to the DBSPD Fun Run, Walk and Lunch 2023 on 30^th April 2023 there will be no parking available even for the Sunday valid parking labels.

Furthermore there will be no booking available for the following sports facilities on that day.

- School field and track
- Basketball courts
- Tennis courts
- Gymnasium
- Covered playground

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

I write to enlist your support for the annual edition of our school magazine, the Mini Steps, which will be published at the end of this school year in July. It is a compilation of our school’s events and activities and it contains all valuable information, records and photographs of the year’s activities, both inside and outside the school. In addition, you will also receive a complimentary copy of the Secondary Division’s Steps magazine when purchasing the Mini Steps magazine, if so wish. It is our sincere hope that you will have a set of these magazines.

To make this valuable publication affordable, we have capped the price at $100 per magazine. This can only be achieved by heavily subsidizing the printing costs by means of donations and advertisements. Donations of any amount will be gratefully received. The rates for advertisements in the Mini Steps are as follows:

Full Colour Half page 130 x 190 mm $2000
Full page 260 x 190 mm $4000
Flap open page 260 x 380 mm $6000

Should you wish to help us, in addition to purchasing the magazines, by either making a generous donation or by taking out an advertisement in our school magazine, kindly complete the enclosed reply slip and return it with your donation/payment to Mrs. Grace Ko on or before Friday, 5 May 2023. Donations of $500 or more will be acknowledged in the magazine.

I write to enlist your support for our school magazine, Steps, which is an annual compilation of school events and activities. Steps is published at the end of each school year in July, consisting valuable information, records and photographs of the year’s activities, both inside and outside of school. In addition, you can receive a complimentary copy of Mini Steps of the Primary Division on request when purchasing Steps.

This could not be achieved if not for the support we receive by means of donations and placement of advertisements, subsidizing the printing cost. Donations of any amount will be gratefully received. For advertisements, the rates are as follows:

If you wish to make a purchase, a donation, or place an advertisement, kindly complete the Google Form and submit a crossed cheque made payable to “Diocesan Boys’ School” on or before Friday, 24 March 2023. We do not accept cash. Those who make a donation of HKD500 or above or place an advertisement will receive a complimentary copy of Steps 2023.
